Companies/persons offering Sea AMS data processing services. CBP lists the Service Centers, Port Authorities and Software Vendors that presently have the capability to provide master vessel operating common carriers (VOCCs)/non-vessel operating common carriers (NVOCCs) with an interface with CBP. With regard to this list, CBP notes that inquiries concerning specific capabilities should be addressed to the individual organization and the selection of a particular data processing service is strictly an individual user decision.

According to CBP, this list will be updated periodically and was last updated as of March 11, 2004. (See ITT's Online Archives or 04/01/04 news, 04040130, for BP summary.) CBP explains that inclusions on this list do not constitute any form of an endorsement by CBP as to the nature, extent or quality of services which may be provided.

Sea AMS Respondent Checklist. CBP also includes a Sea AMS Respondent Checklist, which CBP states all new Sea AMS participants should complete.

(See ITT's Online Archives or 01/27/03 news, 03012705, for BP summary of CBP's revised and expanded 24-Hour Rule FAQ which included, among other things, information about its list of Sea AMS data processing services.
