AD: South Korea Wax and Wax/Resin Thermal Transfer Ribbons

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has published in the April 5, 2004 Federal Register its final negative antidumping (AD) duty determination that wax and wax/resin thermal transfer ribbons from South Korea are not being, nor are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

As a result, and pursuant to 19 CFR Part 351.207(d), the ITA's AD duty investigation on wax and wax/resin thermal transfer ribbon from South Korea, as well as the companion International Trade Commission's (ITC's) AD injury investigation, are automatically terminated.

(The ITA notes that in the preliminary and final AD duty determinations the total AD duty rate was de minimis, and therefore liquidation was never suspended for subject merchandise from South Korea.)
