Postponement of Preliminary AD Duty Determinations

The ITA states that it has determined that these investigations are extraordinarily complicated and additional time is necessary; therefore, it is postponing the preliminary AD duty determinations in these investigations by 50 days.

Among other reasons for these cases being extraordinarily complicated, the ITA states that on March 23, 2004, the petitioners, Nation Ford Chemical Company and Sun Chemical Corporation, alleged critical circumstances with respect to imports of subject merchandise from China.

(See ITA notice for more information. See ITT's Online Archives or 12/22/03 news, 03122250 for BP summary of the initiation of these AD duty investigations.)
