1. Update on the Upcoming Seminars on the Advance Electronic Information Requirements for Inbound Air Cargo
San Francisco - provide a different location for the May 4, 2004 seminar in San Francisco, CA; and
Los Angeles - revise the time and provide a different location for the May 5, 2004 seminar in Los Angeles, CA.

3. CBP Issues Memo on Additions/Deletions from the GSP Program
CBP has issued a memorandum regarding Presidential Proclamation 7758 which (a) designated Algeria a Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) country effective March 16, 2004; (b) terminates GSP duty-free benefits for Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, effective May 1, 2004; and (c) terminates GSP duty-free benefits for Antigua and Barbuda, Bahrain, and Barbados effective January 1, 2006.
