The ITA had listed the review period for this proceeding as 02/01/03 - 02/31/04; however, ITA sources have confirmed that the correct review period is 02/01/03 - 01/31/04.

The ITA states that if a company listed in this initiation notice does not qualify for a separate rate, all other exporters of certain heavy forged hand tools who have not qualified for a separate rate will be covered by this review as part of the China-wide entity of which the listed exporters are a part.

If requested by a domestic interested party within 30 days of March 26, 2004, the ITA states that it will determine whether AD duties have been absorbed by an exporter or producer subject to the review if the subject merchandise is sold in the U.S. through an importer that is affiliated with such exporter or producer.

The ITA also states that it intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than February 28, 2005.
