AD: Italy Pressure Sensitive Plastic Tape
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the changed circumstances antidumping (AD) duty review of pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy, concluding that Tyco Adhesives Italia S.p.A. (Tyco) is the successor-in-interest to Manuli Tapes S.p.A. (Manuli)

As a result, the ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that entries of subject merchandise from Tyco that have a time of entry on or after March 25, 2004, will be subject to the AD cash deposit rate of zero, Manuli's previous AD rate.
The ITA states that on December 31, 1999, Manuli Autoadesivi S.p.A. changed its corporate name to Manuli Tapes S.p.A.
