2 The ITA states that it has preliminary determined that VAL, VFL and VIL are affiliated and should be treated as one entity, Viraj Group, Ltd., for purposes of this AD duty administrative review.
(a) preliminary AD rate of zero
(b) preliminary de minimis AD rate (SMC hammers/sledges: 0.02% and Venus: 0.06%)
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews which are currently due within 120 days of March 10, 2004 for subject heavy forged hand tools from China and within 120 days of March 8, 2004 for stainless steel bar from India.
Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order for Viraj Group, Ltd.
The ITA states that it preliminarily determines that subject merchandise produced and exported by Viraj Group Ltd. qualifies for revocation of the AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India.
