AD: China Brake Rotors, Preserved Mushrooms

1 The ITA states that it has preliminarily collapsed COFCO, Fujian Yu Xing Fruit & Vegetable Foodstuff Development Co., COFCO (Zhangzhou) Food Industrial Co., Ltd., and Fujian Zishan Group Co., into one entity.

(b) These companies have preliminary de minimis AD rates. (CNIM: 0.09%, LABEC: 0.18%, Gren: 0.03%, Meita: 0.11%, and Winhere: 0.01%)

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews which are currently due within 120 days of March 5, 2004.

Final Rescission of AD Duty New Shipper Review; Bonding No Longer Permitted

The ITA states that is rescinding the AD duty new shipper review of brake rotors from China with respect to Qingdao Rotec Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (Rotec).

As a result, bonding is no longer permitted to fulfill security requirements for shipments of brake rotors from China produced and exported by Rotec that have a time of entry on or after March 5, 2004. At the same time, the China-wide rate of 43.32% will again be required for shipments of brake rotors produced and exported by Rotec.
