1. Update on the Upcoming Seminars on the Advance Electronic Information Requirements for Inbound Air Cargo

Atlanta - provide a different location for the March 26, 2004 seminar in Atlanta, GA; and

Chicago - provide a different telephone contact number for the April 29, 2004 seminar in Chicago, IL.

2. 2004/2005 TRQ on Peanuts Opens April 1, 2004

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is announcing that the low-duty tariff-rate quota (TRQ) on peanuts provided for in HTS Chapter 12, Additional U.S. Note 2 opens on Thursday, April 1, 2004 at 12 noon EST or its equivalent in other time zones for the April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005 period for the following countries or areas at the given restraint levels (see notice for subject HTS numbers, notes pertaining to HTS numbers, and entry type codes):
