(a) For previously-reviewed China and non-China exporters with separate rates, the cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period.
(b) For all other non-China exporters, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China supplier of that exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (08/01/01 - 07/31/02)
According to the ITA, it will determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of March 15, 2004.
With respect to Fay Candle, the ITA states that it will direct CBP to assess the resulting assessment rates, where appropriate, on the entered CBP quantity for the subject merchandise for each of the importer's entries during the period of review.
For all other entries, the ITA states that it will direct CBP to assess the resulting assessment rates against the entered CBP values for the subject merchandise on each of the exporter's entries during the review period.
