(a) For a company previously found to be entitled to a separate rate and for which no review was requested, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established in the most recent review of that company.

(b) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise, the rate will be the China-wide rate of 128.63% established in the original investigation.

(c) For non-China exporters of subject merchandise from China, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (10/01/01 - 09/30/02)

The ITA states that in accordance with 19 CFR 351.212(b)(1), it has calculated importer (or customer)-specific assessment rates for the merchandise subject to this review. The ITA also states that all other entries of the subject merchandise during the period of review will be liquidated at the AD duty rate in place at the time of entry.

In addition, the ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of March 15, 2004.
