(a) Companies other than the 14 listed above, will either be subject to an earlier final results of a CV duty review or the "all others" rate established in the original CV duty investigation. Rescission of CV Duty Expedited Review for Seven Companies

In the preliminary results, the ITA rescinded the CV duty expedited reviews of five companies: Kootenay Innovate Wood Inc. (Round 1, Group 1); Lukwa Mills Ltd., South East Forest Products Ltd., Teal Cedar Products Ltd. (Round 2, Group 2); and West Fraser Mills Ltd. (Round 2, Group 1).

In these final results the ITA is rescinding the CV duty expedited reviews for an additional two Round 1 Group 2 companies: Federated Co-operatives Ltd., and R. Fryer Forest Products.

Group 1 consists of companies that obtain the majority of their wood (over 50% of their inputs) from the U.S., the Maritime Provinces, Canadian private lands, and Canadian companies excluded from the order; as well as companies that source less than a majority of their wood from these sources and do not have tenure.

Group 2 consists of companies that source less than a majority of their wood from these sources and have acquired Crown timber through their own tenure contracts.
