AD: China Automotive Replacement Glass Windshields

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated an antidumping (AD) duty changed circumstances review of automotive replacement glass windshields from China to determine whether Shenzhen CSG Automotive Glass Co, Ltd. (Shenzhen CSG) is the successor-in-interest to Shenzhen Benxun AutoGlass Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Benxun) for purposes of determining AD duty liability.

Initiation of AD Duty Changed Circum

According to the ITA, Shenzhen CSG asserts that Shenzhen Benxun changed its name to Shenzhen CSG.

The ITA states that during the course of this AD duty changed circumstances review, it will not change any AD cash deposit instructions on the merchandise subject to this review, and any changes, if appropriate, will be made pursuant to the final results of this AD duty changed circumstances review.
