FTC Announces its Revised Schedule for Reviewing All of its Guides and Rules
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued a notice announcing that, based on its current ongoing review proceedings, as well as additional rulemaking proceedings required by new legislation, it does not intend to announce review of any additional rules or guides during 2004.

FTC sources explain that while certain reviews initiated in past years are still ongoing, no reviews will be initiated this year because of existing workload. As such, the FTC's ten-year regulatory review schedule previously published in March 2002 has been modified as follows (the originally scheduled review year is indicated in parenthesis):
