Amended Final Results of AD Administrative Review

Current AD Cash Deposit Rate for NTN Unaffected

The ITA states that it has determined that the revised rate of 15.64% (instead of 19.78%) for NTN exists for the review period of October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. However, this revision does not affect the current AD cash deposit rate for NTN, as its current rate was established in the final results of its administrative review for the most recent period.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (10/01/96 - 09/30/97)

The ITA states that it will issue assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of February 17, 2004.

(See ITA notice for more information. See ITT's 11/23/98 news, (Ref:98112041) for BP summary of the final results of this AD duty administrative review.)
