1 The ITA states that only the 2002 final results CV rate will affect the CV cash deposit rate for subject merchandise on and after the publication of the final results of these four reviews.

2 The ITA states that the final results for all four reviews will affect entries that have a time of entry on and after May 14, 2001 through September 10, 2001, and February 13, 2002 through December 31, 2002. The gap from September 11, 2001 through February 12, 2002 occurred because suspension of liquidation was discontinued and then subsequently reinstated upon issuance of the CV duty order. These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these CV duty administrative reviews.
