CBP Posts Information on January 2004 TSN Meeting
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has posted to its Web site various materials related to the January 27-29, 2004 meeting of the Trade Support Network (TSN).

(CBP has been meeting with the TSN since May 14, 2001 regarding the development of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and has stated that the TSN has over 150 members of the trade community, including trade associations, importers, brokers, carriers, sureties, and others.)

Entry Transactions Via the Web Portal - this presentation addresses issues such as security concerns; training, testing, and certification; etc. and also provides two scenarios for entry transactions via the Web.
ACE Southern Border Transaction Flow - this PowerPoint presentation depicts a potential ACE flow of a southern border shipment. (CBP notes that this scenario does not necessarily reflect the final ACE design.)
