Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until the completion of the reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a single entry bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit, for entries of subject merchandise: (a) both exported and produced by Anhui, Eursia Bee, or Jiangsu, or (b) exported by Eurasia Bee and produced by Chuzhou, or exported by Inner Mongolia and produced by Qinhuangdao.

(The ITA states that in accordance with 19 CFR 351.214(b) the companies listed above have provided the required certifications and documentation to initiate these AD duty new shipper reviews.)
