Preliminary Countervailing Duty Determination Postponed

The ITA states that petitioners requested a postponement in order to ensure sufficient time to receive and analyze submitted responses, and to allow time for the ITA to determine the extent to which particular subsidies are being used.

According to the ITA, it is postponing the preliminary CV duty determination of subject merchandise from India since the petitioner's request was timely, and the ITA sees no compelling reason not to postpone the determination.
