Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative and New Shipper Reviews

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

1 The ITA states that it is treating CFP and Three Star as a single entity for purposes of this AD duty administrative review.

This is the current China-wide AD rate. The companies that did not qualify for a

separate rate are also currently subject to this rate.

AD duty new shipper review. Pursuant to the initiation notice, a bond or other security

may continue to be posted in lieu of an AD cash deposit, until the final results are in

effect.

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews which are currently due within 120 days of January 13, 2004 (certain cased pencils/China) and 120 days from January 5, 2004 (certain pasta/Italy).
