(a) preliminary AD rate of zero
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews which are currently due within 120 days of January 7, 2004 (United Kingdom), December 23, 2003 (India) and January 6, 2004 (Argentina).
