INI Steel Company (INI) and BNG Steel Co., Ltd. (BNG) 10.55%

The ITA states that as of April 2002, Sammi Steel Co., Ltd. (Sammi) changed its name to BNG Steel Co., Ltd.

The ITA states that the CV cash deposit rates for all non-reviewed companies are unchanged by the results of this review.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/01 - 12/31/01)

The ITA states that it has calculated an individual subsidy rate of 0.55% for INI/BNG and will instruct CBP to assess CV duties on all appropriate entries.

In addition, the assessment rates for all non-reviewed companies are the CV cash deposit rates in effect at time of entry.
