(b) For a company previously found to be entitled to a separate rate and for which no review was requested, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established in the most recent review of that company.

(c) For all other China exporters the cash deposit rate will be 153.70%, the China-wide rate established in the original investigation.

(d) For non-China exporters of subject merchandise from China, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/02 - 01/31/03)

The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate entries of the subject merchandise from Sanjian during the review period, without regard to AD duties, while all other entries will be liquidated at the AD rate in place at the time of entry. Appropriate assessment instructions will be issued directly to CBP within 15 days of January 13, 2004.
