The actions taken by the countries on APHIS' update include (partial list): bans on various U.S. exports (e.g., ruminants, ruminant products, etc.); the suspension of the issuance of import permits; certification that the export does not come from the farm where the index case occurred; action taken to be determined on a case-by-case basis; etc. The APHIS update should be consulted to determine what action is being taken by each country, as well as the U.S. exports affected (or exempted).
