AD/CV Duty Administrative Reviews: Preliminary Results

1 The ITA states that for purposes of this AD duty administrative review it has preliminarily determined to collapse Viraj Alloys Limited and VSL Wires, Limited into one entity, the Viraj Group.
These preliminary results are not yet in effect and may differ from the final results which, for the AD duty administrative reviews, are currently due within 120 days of December 16, 2003 (China) and December 19, 2003 (India). (The due date is not listed for the Argentina final results.)
For Honey from China, ITA Preliminarily Determines that Henan, Kunshan and High Hope No Longer Qualify for Separate AD Rates
According to the ITA, Kunshan, Henan, and High Hope refused or failed to cooperate with the ITA; therefore the ITA has preliminarily determined that these companies no longer qualify for separate AD rates and are deemed to be part of the China-wide entity. If these preliminary determinations are made final for these companies, ITA sources state that the three companies will lose their separate AD rates.
