AD: China Certain Non-Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the antidumping (AD) duty new shipper review of certain non-frozen apple juice concentrate (apple juice concentrate) from China for the period of June 1, 2002 through November 30, 2002. The ITA states that this review concerns Yantai Golden Tide Fruits & Vegetable Food Co. Ltd. (Golden Tide).

As a result, the ITA states that bonding is no longer permitted to fulfill security requirements for subject entries of apple juice concentrate from Golden Tide that have a time of entry on or after December 22, 2003. At the same time, suspension of liquidation of such entries will continue, and the AD cash deposit rate for subject shipments of apple juice concentrate exported by Golden Tide is as follows:

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/01/02 - 11/30/02)
The ITA states that it will direct CBP to assess the appropriate AD rate against the subject merchandise on each of the importer's/customer's entries during the review period. The ITA further states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of December 22, 2003.
