CBP has posted its fiscal year 2010 Byrd Amendment (aka the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000 (CDSOA)) certifications report. This report provides information on the claimant name, case name, and case number. Certifications listed on the report do not indicate validity of certification, only receipt.

Any party-at-interest may seek judicial review of this final determination on or before October 15, 2010.
