CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching their restraint limit or have filled their in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections: those that are at least 85% filled and those that are filled.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued instructions on using the Remote Location Filing "Hybrid Process" when paper form Other Government Agency documents must be filed with CBP in conjunction with the RLF data in ACS or ACE. CBP also lists the paper OGA documents that are ineligible for hybrid filings.

CBP has posted an updated version of its Public Automated Commercial System FIRMS (Facilities Information and Resources Management Systems) report that is organized by port code and alphabetically by company name.
CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has announced that CBP officers at the Detroit Field Office have made more than 50 seizures of weapon shipments during the current fiscal year at Michigan Ports of Entry. Since October 1, 2010, CBP officers working at ports of entry in Michigan have conducted 54 seizures of weapons, weapon accessories and fireworks. Included in these seizures were 118 items consisting of 26 pistols/revolvers, four shotguns, three rifles, 15 stun guns, one knife, magazines, speed loaders and various types of ammunition plus illegal fireworks.
U.S. Customs and Border protection has posted a 2011 ACE Accomplishments fact sheet listing a total of 22 accomplishments from January to June 2011. Most recently, in June 2011, a Trade Support Network (TSN) Webinar was hosted where updates were provided on e-Manifest: Rail and Sea (M1), Cargo Release, Post Summary Corrections (PSC), etc. Also in June, the Trade Leadership Council held a meeting to provide ACE project updates to the trade community and to receive trade input on ACE project priorities. On June 4, PSC enhancements were deployed.
According to the U.S. Government Printing Office, the 2011 printed edition of all three volumes of 19 CFR, updated through April 1, 2011, are available for purchase.
On August 5, 2011, the U.S. Trade Representative announced the country-specific in-quota allocations under the tariff rate quotas on imported raw cane sugar, refined and specialty sugar and sugar-containing products for Fiscal Year 2012.
