A final rule setting a consumer product safety standard for play yards is being updated to incorporate a revision of a voluntary ASTM standard, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said in a Federal Register notice to be published Jan. 29. The new standard will take effect April 5 unless CPSC receives significant adverse comment on the update. Comments must be received by Feb. 28.
