The State Department's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls issued the following name and address changes on April 7:
The Justice Department on April 7 released a snapshot of major export enforcement, economic espionage, theft of trade secrets, and embargo-related criminal prosecutions handled since January 2008. The cases result from investigations by the Homeland Security Investigations, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the Pentagon’s Defense Criminal Investigative Service, and other law enforcement agencies.
The Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security publicized three scheduled meetings on export controls related topics. The Sensors and Instrumentation Technical Advisory Committee will meet on April 22 (here). The Information Systems Technical Advisory Committee (ISTAC) will meet on April 23 and 24 (here). The IBM Forms Viewer used to view and complete DTrade forms has been updated to version 8.0.1.1, the State Department’s Directorate Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) said on April 2. DTrade users must uninstall the existing v8.0.1 version before installing the new version, said DDTC.
