The Delmar Group appointed three new executives in the company's U.S. arm, the company said in a press release (here). Frank Bello, previously an executive with UTi Worldwide, was named president of Delmar International (USA), Albert Cataldo, also previously with UTi was named vice president, client solutions, it said. Oscar Schlossberg was named vice president, trade management, said Delmar.
Mayer Brown hired Warren Payne, previously policy director with the House Ways and Means Committee, as a senior advisor in the Tax, Government Relations, and International Trade practices, the firm said (here).

Lewis Leibowitz, previously with Hogan Lovells, recently started his own law practice in Washington. Leibowitz specializes in customs law and antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.
PricewaterhouseCoopers hired Dave Camp, who was chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee during the last congress, as a senior policy adviser, PwC said in a press release (here). "In his role at PwC, he will continue to focus on the economic, tax, international trade and health care policy," it said.
Gordley Associates hired Hanna Abou-El-Seoud, previously a staffer with the Senate Agriculture Committee, to focus on trade policy and agricultural issues, said the American Soybean Association (here). Her clients will include the ASA and U.S. Soybean Export Council, it said.
Judges on the World Trade Organization chose Norwegian Ambassador Harald Neple to be the next head of the Dispute Settlement Body, the WTO said in late February (here). Neple will replace outgoing chairman Mexican Ambassador Fernando De Mateo. Neple has served as Norway’s top ambassador in Geneva since 2013 (here). De Mateo now will head the WTO General Council.
The President of the National Treasury Employees Union, Colleen Kelley, plans to retire, said the NTEU in a press release (here). Kelley, president since 1999, won't seek reelection and will retire after the union's convention in August. The NTEU, which represents CBP and other federal government employees, will hold an election this summer to replace Kelley,
Jones Day hired Edgar Asebey, previously with Roetzel & Andress, as a partner in the Miami office, the law firm said (here). Asebey, who will be in the firm's Life Sciences and Health Care practices, is a "leading authority on the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and has lectured in forums in Latin America, Japan, and the U.S. on FSMA's impact on U.S. importers, non-U.S. food exporters, and food companies," it said.
