Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrator Ferro testified on June 23, 2010 before the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure's Subcommittee on Highways and Transit on its new safety initiative, Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010. CSA 2010 is a risk-based approach for reducing large truck and bus crashes. It will also enable FMCSA and its State partners to address the safety deficiencies of a much larger segment of the motor carrier industry.
