The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain metal lockers and parts thereof from China (A-570-133). Commerce will assess AD at rates determined in these final results on subject merchandise from the companies under review entered Feb. 11, 2021, through July 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on electrolytic manganese dioxide from China (A-570-919). Commerce continued to find that the one company under review -- Duracell (China) Limited (DCL) -- isn't eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity, with an AD rate of 149.92%.

The Commerce Department on Feb. 6 published the preliminary results of its antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy (A-475-840/C-475-841). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set AD and CVD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany (A-428-847/C-428-848). Commerce preliminarily calculated an AD rate of 19.96%, and a CVD rate of 2.54%, for BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH, the only company still covered by each review. Any changes to BGH's cash deposit rates would take effect on the publication date of the final results of each review. Once Commerce issues its final results of the AD review, the agency will assess AD at importer-specific rates for entries of subject merchandise from BHG entered Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022, it said. The agency also will determine importer assessments for entries in calendar year 2022 in the final results if its CVD review.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on thermal paper from South Korea (A-580-911). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers of subject merchandise entered between May 12, 2021, and Oct. 31, 2022.
