The International Trade Commission has announced its final threat of injury determination for imports of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.211, antidumping duty orders are expected to be issued with instructions to refund AD cash deposits and release bonds for shipments with a time of entry prior to the Federal Register publication date of the ITC's final threat of injury determination. The International Trade Commission announces that the section 337 patent-based investigation of ertain DC-DC controllers and products containing the same (Inv. No. 337-TA-698), which was based on a complaint filed by Richtek Technology Corp. of Hsinchu, Taiwan, and Richtek USA, Inc. of San Jose, California, has been terminated. The ITC has determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge’s initial determination granting a joint motion to terminate the investigation as to one respondent and terminating the investigation in its entirety.
