The International Trade Commission is terminating the Section 337 patent-based investigation of certain digital televisions and monitors (Inv. No. 337-TA-713) on the basis of a settlement agreement. The investigation was based on a complaint filed by Sony Corporation of Tokyo, Japan, against eleven companies.
