The International Trade Commission is terminating the Section 337 patent-based investigation of certain toner cartridges and components thereof, including photosensitive drums (Inv. No. 337-TA-731) based upon entry of a consent order. The investigation was based on a complaint filed by Canon, Inc., of Tokyo, Japan, Canon U.S.A., Inc., of Lake Success, New York, and Canon Virginia, Inc., of Newport News, Virginia against 20 respondents.

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of persulfates from China (A-570-847)1 for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
The International Trade Commission has announced its preliminarily affirmative injury determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of galvanized steel wire from China and Mexico; steel nails from the United Arab Emirates; and stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan; and in the countervailing duty investigation of galvanized steel wire from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its investigations, with its preliminary CV duty determination due on or about June 24, 2011, and its preliminary AD duty determinations due on or about September 7, 2011. The International Trade Commission has instituted a section 337 patent-based investigation1 of certain motion-sensitive sound effects devices and image display devices and components and products containing same, pursuant to a complaint.
The International Trade Commission has announced its preliminarily affirmative injury determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of bottom mount combination refrigerator-freezers from Korea and Mexico and certain steel wheels from China, and in the countervailing duty investigations of refrigerator-freezers from Korea and steel wheels from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its investigations, with its preliminary CV duty determinations due on or about June 23, 2011, and its preliminary AD duty determinations due on or about September 6, 2011.
