The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Vietnam (A-552-816). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from producers and exporters that was entered July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from Taiwan (A-583-837), calculating a zero percent AD rate for Nan Ya Plastics Corp. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Nan Ya entered between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, will not be assessed AD duties, and future entries from Nan Ya would not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India (A-533-824). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from two producers and exporters that was entered July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on forged steel fittings from China (A-570-067). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set assessment rates for subject merchandise from the two companies under review entered Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023.
The Commerce Department is amending the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Malaysia (A-557-821) covering the period Oct. 13, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022, that were published July 10, to correct a ministerial error in a calculation, which results in a lower AD cash deposit rate for the mandatory respondent to the review.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China (A-570-137). These final results will be used to set final assessments of antidumping duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Aug. 17, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2023.

The Commerce Department issued notices in the Federal Register on its recently initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on tungsten shot from China (A-570-178/C-570-179). The CVD investigation covers entries Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2023. The AD investigation covers entries Jan. 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024.
