CBP is aware of an issue with the November Periodic Monthly Statement Due Date in Account Revenue Reports, it said in a CSMS message. The correct final Periodic Monthly Statement due date is Nov. 23, 2012. When running the Account Revenue reports users may see some entry summaries flagged with a due date of Nov. 21, 2012 and others with a due date of Nov. 23, 2012. The Nov. 21, 2012 date is incorrect and will be corrected as follows, it said:
The International Trade Administration will impose combined AD and CV duties of 23.75 to 254.66 percent as a result of its final determinations in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (A-570-979 / C-570-980). The ITA’s finding of critical circumstances for most Chinese exporters means that AD and CV duties will be collected, for the most part, retroactive to 90 days before the respective preliminary determinations were published.

The International Trade Administration issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand (A-549-502), which sets AD cash deposit rates for two companies. These rates, which are effective Oct. 11, are expected to be implemented by CBP soon.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued the October Interstate Certified Shellfish Shippers List (ICSSL). The ICSSL is published monthly for the information and use by food control officers, the seafood industry and other interested persons. The shippers listed have been certified by regulatory authorities in the U.S., Canada, Chile, Korea, Mexico and New Zealand under the uniform sanitation requirements of the National Shellfish Program.
