"Release 2 will implement in ACE a validation to enforce the $800 daily aggregated value threshold for de minimis shipments. Updates to Cargo Release and Truck Manifest were deployed to CERT on July 25," CBP said. "Updates to Multi-Modal Manifest were deployed on August 14, including Express Consignment Carriers transmitting express house airway bills with Entry Type 86 (within the CED line) processed under the provisions of 19 CFR Part 128."

CBP directed ACE users to contact their client representative for any technical questions. Questions on cargo control and release or manifest may be directed to CREM@cbp.dhs.gov.
