CSMS # 62396139 - Realignment of Drawback Functions to the Petroleum, Natural Gas and Minerals Center of Excellence and Expertise

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is centralizing drawback functions under one Center of Excellence and Expertise (Center). Effective October 1, 2024, Drawback Specialists and their respective functions will be managed by the Houston Field Office under the Petroleum, Natural Gas and Minerals (PNGM) Center. There are no changes to the submission and processing of claims, submission of ruling and privilege application requests, or drawback points of contact and email attributes.
