India Stainless Steel Flanges: Final Results of CV Admin Review

The Commerce Department has released the final results of a countervailing duty administrative review of stainless steel flanges from India (C-533-878). The review covered subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during the period Jan. 1, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2021.

Commerce said it made no changes to the rates calculated in the preliminary results of this review. The new CVD cash deposit rates take effect March 7.

Cash Deposit Requirements

Effective March 7, Commerce is setting the following CV duty cash deposit rates:

For all non-reviewed firms, Commerce will instruct CBP to continue to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties at the most recent company-specific rate applicable to the company, or at the all-others rate, as appropriate.
