Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH, Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH, Salzgitter Mannesmann Grobblech GmbH and Salzgitter Mannesmann International GmbH, challenging a November CIT decision sustaining the use of adverse facts available against Salzgitter's sales for which the company couldn't identify or report the manufacturer in the antidumping duty investigation on cut-to-length carbon and alloy steel plate from Germany. # 24-1219.
